Position: Sales Accounts and Business Development Director

Location: London

Salary: £100,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define an exceptional range of vape products and services for sale.

– Shape and contribute to the creation of dynamic sales strategies, as well as the establishment of ambitious sales targets.

– Engage with esteemed clients to discern their unique requirements, administer surveys, and meticulously analyze customer feedback on product offerings, pricing structures, and packaging.

– Skillfully compile and meticulously evaluate sales data, creating comprehensive proposals for impactful marketing campaigns and undertaking detailed market research.

– Expertly manage an extensive portfolio of customer accounts, cultivating robust and enduring relationships.

– Lead the charge in recruiting and nurturing junior sales team members, setting the tone for a cohesive and high-performing sales force.

– Generate perceptive reports and forward-thinking recommendations, providing invaluable insights into sales and marketing strategies for senior management.

– Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, product innovations, and competitive activities.

– Showcase proficiency in utilizing essential office software, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications and Requirements:

– Possess a robust and well-established wholesale and retail network within the UK market.

– Garner a remarkable track record, showcasing five or more years of hands-on experience in progressive sales positions.

– Exhibit exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, essential for fostering strong client relationships.

– Hold a valid driving license, exemplifying your commitment to mobility and meeting clients’ needs.
