Job Description:

a. Conduct sales activities to promote and sell our products/services to prospective customers.

b. Identify and prioritize potential clients and develop strategies to engage them effectively.

c. Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing excellent customer service.

d. Understand customer needs and tailor product presentations to address their specific requirements.

e. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

f. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to customers.

g. Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to potential clients.

h. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

i. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.

j. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights and market feedback.

Holiday entitlement and holiday pay: The Holiday Year commences on the 1st day of January runs for one year. The Employee will be entitled to two weeks of paid annual leave, such entitlement accruing on a pro rata basis, with Bank and Public Holidays to be excluded from and in addition to the Employee’s two weeks of paid annual leave.

Employee Payment

· Payment paid to the Employee for the services rendered by the Employee as required by this Agreement (the “Payment”) will include an annual salary of £28,800.00 GBP plus monthly transport allowance £250.

· This Payment will be payable at the end of the month while this Agreement is in force. The Employer is entitled to deduct from the Employee’s Payment or from any other compensation in whatever form, any applicable deductions and remittances as required by law.

· The Employee understands and agrees that any additional remuneration paid to the Employee in the form of bonuses or other similar incentive compensation will rest in the sole discretion of the Employer and that the Employee will not earn or accrue any right to incentive remuneration by reason of the Employee’s employment.

· The Employer will reimburse the Employee for all reasonable expenses, in accordance with the Employer’s policy as in effect from time to time, including but not limited to, any travel and entertainment expenses incurred by the Employee in connection with the business of the Employer. Expenses will be paid within a reasonable time after submission of acceptable supporting documentation.

Key Performance Indicator (KPI)and Commission

· If the KPI (Key Performance Indicator) of £62,500 for monthly sales revenue is not met, the commission will be paid based on the completion percentage. In this case, the commission for each category would be calculated as follows:

· For sales to Business-to-Business (B2B) customers (to B):

Commission Percentage: 2%

· For sales to Consumers (C):

Commission Percentage: 5%

So, if the actual sales revenue is below £62,500 for a particular month, the commission will be calculated based on the respective completion percentages of the KPI.

Other Details

In any 12-month period, the Employee is entitled to a combined total of 10 paid days for both sickness and leave of absence to attend to private affairs, calculated on a pro rata basis. The period for this entitlement commences on the first day for which the Employee takes either sickness leave or a leave of absence for private affairs. Any statutory sick and leave of absence pay will be calculated on the basis of the Employee’s usual work days, being Monday to Friday.

Notice of termination details: Upon completion of the probationary period, the employee is entitled to four (4) weeks of notice. The Employee will give the Employer two (2) weeks of notice before quitting.

Disciplinary Rules and Procedure: The Employer’s disciplinary rules and procedure are set out in the policy of the Employer, which is available at the Employee’s request.

Grievance Procedure: The Employer’s grievance procedure is set out in the policy of the Employer, which is available at the Employee’s request.
